Music Library Audio Network Get Their Teeth Into Lesbian Vampire Killers

Innovative music supplier Audio Network has announced that it has provided music for Momentum Pictures' hit film Lesbian Vampire Killers, starring Bafta winning comedy duo James Corden and Matthew Horne (Gavin and Stacey).
Starring alongside Paul McCann, Corden and Horne play two hapless young lads who decide to escape their problems and head to the country for a weekend of debauchery. Things don't go according to plan and they find themselves stuck in a village where all the women have been enslaved by a legendary vampire curse.
Director Phil Clayton said: "Audio Network was a musical delight for the Lesbian Vampire Killers musical odyssey. It was like being in an oasis of the off-beat, kitsch and quirky - delivering musical gems from a universe of sounds, never has library music been so much fun."
Music Supervisor Ian Neil added: "On Lesbian Vampire Killers, we had to balance out which scenes needed commercial songs and which needed some good solid atmos tracks, as budget was an issue. We had a play around with some ideas and Phil (the director) loved navigating the Audio Network site and kept coming back with more and more music he wanted to use. All the tracks fitted well and most of the music had a good comedy element which perfectly suited the tone of the film."
Embracing Audio Network's flexible approach to music licensing, Ian has unlimited access to 22,000 high quality tracks, across all genres and styles. Furthermore, he has the reassurance that no music copyright will be infringed, allowing him the creative freedom to focus on the project in hand.
The main score for the film was composed by the renowned composer Debbie Wiseman, who created over an hour of original music for the project. Coincidentally, Debbie has also written music for Audio Network.
