New Dual Picture-In-Picture DVI-I Scaler From TV One

A specialist in video, audio and multimedia processing equipment, TV One, will introduce the new 1T-C2-750 Dual Picture-in-Picture DVI-I Scaler at the upcoming ISE 2009 Exhibition being held in Amsterdam next month.
Based on TV One's exclusive CORIO2 Technology, this clever new unit includes two high-quality graphic scalers capable of working at full DVI video rates.
The two scaling engines housed within the 1T-C2-750 can process digital DVI-D and analog DVI-A signals including RGBHV, RGsB and YPbPr formats, using the two DVI-I inputs and one DVI-I output available.
Each of these inputs can be scaled and/or converted to any of the accommodated formats if required. DVI-D resolutions up to 1920x1200 60Hz are supported with analog DVI-A resolutions up to 2048x2048 at virtually any refresh rate and HDTV resolutions up to 1080p 60Hz. HDMI signals are also accommodated using HDMI to DVI adaptors and the unit is fully HDCP compliant.
The remarkable CORIO2 technology provides dual picture-in-picture capability with the usual flexibility of sizing and positioning found in TV One products. The variable zoom to 1000% permit the user to enlarge any part of the graphic image to fill the entire screen and the variable shrink to as little as 10% enables the fitting of multiple images on one screen with full positional control.
There are also two still image stores available on the unit. Each still image store can pull an image from one of ten user-loadable images stored in Flash memory, such as custom logos and testcards, which can be used in place of either or both DVI inputs if desired.
The 1T-C2-750 can also be used as a Seamless Switcher device, enabling the user to toggle between the two DVI inputs with instantaneous cuts. When operating the scaler in this manner it is possible in this instance to also add a custom logo or image from the still image store within the unit.
Extra Genlock, Chromakey, Lumakey and Mixing features allow graphic inputs to be keyed over each other (one input keyed over another) and faded in and out. Several 1T-C2-750 units can be cascaded resulting in additional picture-in-picture graphics, logos, testcards and keyed images onto one screen.
The 1T-C2-750 Dual Picture-in-Picture DVI Scaler has a manufacturers suggested retail price of £655 ($750) and is being debuted on the TV One Stand: 3.B104 at the ISE 2009 Exhibition in Amsterdam between February 3 and 5.
