Audio Networks Strikes A Chord In US
Audio Network, a market leading music service, has made a number of key deals with US based companies.
Six new North American clients have signed up with the innovative music supplier which significantly reduces the cost of global clearance fees by providing a catalogue of over 14,000 tracks, cleared for usage across all media platforms.
Quartermile, a full-service, professional HD video post-production facility based in California; Big Coat Productions, a production company in Toronto specialising in lifestyle programming and Canadian broadcaster Corus Custom Networks have each acquired annual unlimited licences to use Audio Network's high quality music. Rainlake Productions, the award-winning production company based in New York City has signed up for a multiple production licence; High Fidelity HDTV, the independent Canadian HD broadcaster has bought a two year annual licence, and Rubin Postaer and Associates, the leading independent advertising agency with multiple offices throughout the US, has acquired an unlimited production licence from Audio Network.
In addition to new clients in the US, Audio Network has seen an increase in usage from its long term North American clients over recent months. Companies such as Lion TV, RDF, Film Syndicate and Bloomberg all use Audio Network music for their programming.
Audio Network Commercial Director Jason Langley comments: "Since we launched our office in Los Angeles we have seen a significant number of new clients keen to use our music. The low cost, high quality service we offer has a strong appeal to producers of all types in the US."
Craig Colby Director of Production at High Fidelity HDTV added: "Our goal as a broadcaster and a production company is to provide an elite viewing experience. Audio Network's excellent library in 5.1 surround sound is an important tool in taking our viewers to a higher level of television watching. The representatives are also extremely responsive and work hard to meet a partners needs. And the price is right."
