Stars Descend To Irish Film Festival

The Jameson International Film Festival in Dublin opens today.
The 10-day festival will screen 100 features from 33 countries and will welcome a 40,000 strong crowd.
The event will open with the Irish premiere of 'In Bruges' which stars Irish heart throb Colin Farrrell and acting heavyweight Brendan Gleeson.
Oscar hopeful Daniel Day Lewis and Paul Thomas Anderson will also be in attendance for ‘There Will Be Blood’.
Other guests include musician Liam O’Maonlai who will introduce the world premier of his African music film ‘Dambe – The Mali Project’.
The festival is funded by the Arts Council of Ireland, the Irish Film Board and Dublin City Council.
