Irish Feature Films Go Into Production

Three new indigenous Irish feature films including 'A Film With Me In It', 'Daisy Chain' and 'Our Wonderful Home', all of which are produced with finance from Bord Scannán na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board (IFB), have gone into production.
Irish comedian Dylan Moran (Run Fat Boy Run, Shaun of the Dead) stars in 'A Film With Me In It', a comedy thriller directed by Ian Fitzgibbon (Spin the Bottle, Fergus's Wedding).
The feature film will also star Amy Huberman (The Clinic) and Mark Doherty.
A Film With Me In It is shooting for four weeks in Dublin and is produced by Parallel films with finance from the IFB and section 481.
Oscar winning actress Samantha Morton (In America, Minority Report) is set to return to Ireland to star in Daisy Chain, opposite Steven Mackintosh (Small Engine Repair), a supernatural horror film from Song for a Raggy Boy director Aisling Walsh. Production will begin on October 29 for five weeks on location in Mayo and Wales and
Content Film International has acquired worldwide rights for the project, which is produced by Subotica Films with finance from the IFB, the Wales Creative IP Fund, the Limelight Fund and the Broadcast Commission of Ireland.
Low budget film Our Wonderful Home is also set to go into production on November 5 for three weeks in and around the Dublin area.
Our Wonderful Home is produced by Ripple World Pictures with finance from the IFB.
