Off The Fence Opens Office In Singapore

Ellen Windemuth, Managing Director at Off the Fence, a leading independent production and distribution company, has announced the opening of a dedicated Off the Fence office in Singapore, led by Tony Chow, a well respected figure in the television production industry in the region.
Continuing Off the Fence’s ongoing expansion, which recently saw the opening of an office in Cape Town, South Africa, this new office is a further demonstration of the company’s strategy to take its production bases worldwide - utilising and developing local talent whilst adopting a global outlook.
Appointed as Director of Off the Fence Singapore, Chow’s remit is to manage the strategic development of the company’s activity in the region, working closely with local Singapore producers, as well as Southeast Asia / Asia production companies and broadcasters to produce and co-produce programming. Chow is head of Singapore's Association of Independent Television Production Companies and has worked extensively in the broadcast television arena primarily in the advertising and corporate areas of film, video and TV production. Known for his production support for local and international co-productions, he has produced, directed and written numerous high rating television series.
