Autodesk Launch Premier Solutions Provider Programme

Autodesk has launched the Premier Solutions Provider (PSP) programme and announced Blue Graphics and Escape Studios as the first UK media and entertainment PSPs.
The PSP programme is an elevated level of the Autodesk Value Added Reseller (VAR) programme. PSPs have proven technical expertise and provide customers with full solutions from pre- and post-sales support, to training, implementation, and customisation. They work closely with Autodesk so that customers maximise their return on investment in Autodesk software solutions.
"The PSP programme is part of our ongoing commitment to recognise and support our resellers who provide the most value for customers," said Patrick Jocelyn, Media and Entertainment Director - EMEA, Autodesk. "Blue Graphics and Escape Studios have consistently demonstrated their ability to implement solutions, offer a consistent, high level of technical expertise and knowledge of their customers' business, and exhibit an overwhelming commitment towards customer service."
To qualify for Autodesk PSP status, a VAR must demonstrate technical and industry expertise including a strong knowledge of customers' business needs. They must also demonstrate the ability to meet rigorous sales, personnel, and customer service measurements. Those chosen for PSP status are considered to be experts at implementing Autodesk solutions for a particular product division or customer type. They also have proven customer references and testimonials to support their level of expertise and commitment to customer success.
"Our status as an Autodesk PSP confirms our commitment to delivering the latest technologies and offering a complete full service solution to our clients," said Matt Allen, Managing Director, Blue Graphics. "Our business has grown with Autodesk, and this reflects our alignment with them as a supplier and the focus of our product and service offering. As a PSP we offer an excellent level of dedication and support."
Blue Graphics is a supplier of 3D and video products and services to the games, design, architectural and broadcast industries. It provides software, hardware, professional services, support and training. It prides itself on delivering technologically innovative solutions with a single-minded focus on service level and support infrastructure.
"Autodesk PSP status fits into our strategy by allowing us to present to our partners and students our commitment to providing the very best training and after-training support," said James Huggins, Managing Director, Escape Studios. "We deliver the same level of quality and customer care to both industry leading companies and aspiring students. The result is a facility where students, professionals and companies all benefit in equal measure."
Escape Studios is a hub of 3D animation, visual effects and games expertise, providing services to support the high-end digital content creation industry. It provides resources - from training to software, hardware and recruitment - for students interested in a career in computer graphics. For industry partners it provides tools, training and staff by utilising the wealth of its in-house knowledge and experience.
