PYSER-SGI EXTEND MICROTEST RANGE

PYSER-SGI have extended their MicroTest range with the introduction of their new EV3 Image Enhancer.
The EV3 is designed to enable the user to obtain usable pictures for news, wildlife or surveillance, where adverse conditions such as low light, poor visibility or gloomy weather obstruct the view. The enhancer uses contrast enhancement techniques to get shots that would otherwise be obscured.
For either colour or monochrome operation, the EV3 allows images to be enhanced in four selectable different window sizes. It will accept either standard PAL or NTSC composite video signals, with inputs and outputs via BNC connectors.
The EV3 is powered from a nominal 12 V d.c. source, and operates over a temperature range of –10 to +60 degrees centigrade.
In addition to the new EV3 Image Enhancer, Pyser-SGI offer MicroTest compact TFT-LCD Colour video monitors for field or studio use, the MicroPluge MP-100 and its companion Contrast Meter CM-100, for setting up CRT monitors in the field.
