VINTEN VISION HEADS AWARDED SEAL OF APPROVAL

VINTEN Broadcast, designers and manufacturers of camera supports, have been awarded seals of approval for the Vision 100 and Vision 250 pan and tilt heads at the Guild of Television Cameramen Awards on October 7.
Presenting the awards on behalf of the Guild of Television Cameramen, Tony Grant, Manufacturers’ Liaison Officer, said: “The Vision 100 and 250 have such a great ‘feel’ to them, and they cover the entire range of lightweight broadcast cameras. My Vision 100 is so well-balanced that I have supreme confidence in its performance and I can concentrate solely on the shot development, knowing that the head will perform exactly as I execute the shot.”
Receiving the awards on behalf of Vinten were Graham Ramsey, Customer Service Manager, and Peter Harman, Training Manager. They thanked the Guild and accepted the awards in recognition of the efforts put into the products by the Vinten team.
The Guild of Television Cameramen provides a means by which manufacturers can consult working cameramen when designing equipment and have produced outline specifications for cameras, viewfinders and lenses.
