MATROX VIDEO PRODUCTS LAUNCH DIGISUITE LX

MATROX Video Products Group have announced the launch of DigiSuite LX, a professional DV and MPEG-2 editing platform.

With its native DV editing and versatile output capabilities DigiSuite LX provides the tools needed to maintain quality throughout the editing process and to deliver programs in any format.”
Based on Emmy award winning video and compression technology, DigiSuite LX offers an advanced real-time feature set on the Windows 2000 platform. The unit includes two channels of 2D DVE and YUV colour correction, independent transparency control on all layers, 32-bit animated graphics, two advanced keyers, a customisable wipe/tile generator, and audio sync. Also provided are broadcast-quality analogue video and audio I/O and a second-generation 1394 card. An optional SDI video and AES/EBU video module is also available.
Compatible with standard video equipment, DigiSuite LX will integrate into broadcast and post-production facilities and is compatible with the soon-to-be-released MAX 3D options.
