MANAGEMENT BUY OUT QUADRANT VISUAL SOLUTIONS

QUADRANT Visual Solutions have been subject to a recent management buy out which heralds the beginning of a new era for one of the UK’s AV companies.
The new management team is well known throughout the broadcast, presentation and AV industries and is made up from the executives who have been responsible for Quadrant’s success over recent years.
Quadrant Visual Solution’s new Managing Director, Colin Dobbyne, has 20 years experience in the audio visual industry, previously holding the position of National Sales Manager of JVC. He joined Quadrant in 1998 as a Sales Director and changed the nature of the sales business from that of commodity dealers to systems integration and total solutions providers, doubling the profit margin in less than 12 months.
Events Director Paul Gregory, who has had more than ten years experience in the world of hire and presentation will join Dobbyne's team.
Financial Director Steve Hope and Hire Director David Carter hope to strengthen the team and their mission is to grow the business from seven million to £14 million within three years.
Quadrant Visual Solutions are also opening a new office in London and recruiting experienced AV engineers to provide services to blue chip clients. (CD)
