SAGITTA LAUNCH NEW SUPPORT PACKAGES

SAGITTA Performance Systems, who develop, design, and install turnkey storage and Storage Area Networks (SAN) for broadcast and other sectors, have launched a new range of support packages.
Grouped under the SANcare banner, the latest offerings include both pre and post sales packages and can be tailored to provide support for any size or type of storage system.
Andy Norman, Managing Director of Sagitta, said: “SAN systems are complex beasts and customers need to have the confidence that if their system does go down, it will be rectified as soon as possible by professional engineers. Having said that support can also be preventative as well as reactive. Our most advanced package comes with an annual SAN network health check to ensure the customer’s network is optimised and their system is functioning correctly.”
The SANcare Standard package, for fibre channel and SCSI systems, includes unlimited telephone help from experienced engineers during business hours, on site support for 30 days after installation and three years advance swap warranty on failed parts.
The SANcare Plus also provides three years next day on site support, free software updates for one year, an annual SAN health check, and two days of free on site support.
Customers can upgrade to a more comprehensive package option at any time.
