KAZA TO JOIN KAMERAS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

KAMERA, Europe’s Internet TV company, have recruited Managing Director of BBC Worldwide’s Internet & Interactive division, Andrew Kaza, as a new member of their Board of Directors.
Dan Willstrand, CEO of Kamera Holding’s, said: “We are delighted to have Mr Kaza on our board. As the quality of streaming media gets closer to broadcast television, it is important to learn from people with extensive media experience. Mr Kaza has a wide reaching experience within television business worldwide and will prove Kamera with excellent contacts in the industry, as well as a wealth of expertise that will enhance our business proposition.”
Before joining the BBC, Kaza was Managing Partner of Mediaplex, an international media consultancy company. During 1993-1995, Kaza was President at United International Pictures (UIP) Pay-TV Group in London. This included responsibility for the pay television licensing and the interests of joint venture between MGM, Paramount and Universal Studios.
Kaza will be appointed as Kamera board member at the Annual General Meeting in the beginning of 2001.
