Snell & Wilcox appoint new regional head
Snell & Wilcox is further strengthening its long-term presence in China with the appointment of industry veteran Kevin Chen to the role of regional head.
Chen has more than 20 years of experience working with Chinese broadcasters, and in this position he will be responsible for managing sales and marketing operations plus strategic planning for further business development within the region.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilcox, Chen provided consultancy services to Paclight, a California- and Beijing-based systems integration, consulting, research, and development company serving broadcast and communications markets in the United States and China. Before starting his own company, he worked with broadcast vendors such as Thomson Multimedia Solutions, previously Philips (BTS) and Ampex broadcast products, successfully developing business throughout China.
