Alpermann+Velte launch IRIG B system at IBC

Alpermann+Velte have used their extensive experience in the broadcasting field to develop a completely redundant IRIG B Time Code system.
With the use of two independent IRIG B time signal generators, GPS receivers, power supplies and various changeover units it is now possible to have a real-time running fail-proof system. Their spotlight at this years IBC (Booth 9.138) will be on this new modular Rubidium product line, which also offers brand-new and innovative possibilities to organize the handling of DVITC, LTC, VITC, VPS, ATC, UMID and other metadata in individually configurable 19" racks.
