JVC ADOPT TWIN-TRACK APPROACH

OFFERING the ‘best of both digital worlds’ for digital production at VideoForum 2001, JVC will be displaying some of their most popular D-9 recording products including new lower cost editing recorders and players.
With a video pre-read facility on the latest model BR-D860E, D-9 continues to offer some of the most cost-effective broadcast standard 4:2:2 component digital production equipment in the market. These are supported by JVC's latest D-9 acquisition camcorders, including 3x 2/3" widescreen model DY-90W.
JVC's professional (mini) DV camcorders range from the ever-popular GY-DV500E (pictured) to the top-of-the-range 3x 2/3" CCD widescreen switchable model GY-DV700W. The derivative model GY-DV550E enjoys all the facilities of the GY-DV500 but with the addition of a 26-pin interface for studio production work, will also be on display.
Complementing the line-up is the BR-DV600E professional DV recorder that offers multiple inputs, including analogue composite, Y/C and component as well as IEEE 1394 in and out.
Well known for their high quality display devices, JVC have a comprehensive range of small to large screen display monitors with SDI facilities and some of their latest 42" plasma screens on show.
Catering for an ever-growing demand for compact storage facilities JVC are demonstrating their new DVD near on-line storage and archiving systems.
