Front Porch Digital selected by Nickelodeon UK

Front Porch Digital, a division of Incentra Solutions, has been selected by Nickelodeon UK to implement a new DIVArchive, the preferred archive management solution for the world’s leading media brands.
The new installation marks the seventh Front Porch customer in the United Kingdom, an emerging market for digital broadcast archives.
Nickelodeon UK, a joint venture of Viacom and BSkyB, is the leading kids’ TV network in the UK, transmitting on digital satellite and all major cable networks from its London playout centre.
The new DIVArchive system will manage a 17-terabyte online disk array storage disk and connect to Pinnacle MediaStream 8000 video servers for ingest and playout under the control of a Harris automation system via VACP.
