PEC Video appoints new MD
PEC Video Limited has announced the appointment of Derek Morgan to the position of Managing Director.
Previously Sales & Marketing Director, Morgan joined Central London equipment reseller PEC Video Limited in November 2003 after some 15 years of progression through JVC Professional eventually leaving as General Manager.
Morgan takes over the role of MD from the well-known Russell Lorne, who has taken the decision retire after some 40 plus years in the professional film and video industry. Lorne will stay on for a period to facilitate a smooth transition.
Morgan said: “These are challenging times for our industry but the prospect of taking PEC Video forward is one that I relish. As moving image technology continues to develop PEC will absolutely remain one of the best and most reliable sources of advice, supply, installation and after sales service.”
