OPTEX ANNOUNCE AVAILABILITY OF BOOM POLES

News Image
OPTEX have announced the availability of three new carbon fibre microphone boom poles.
Specially produced for the location sound and broadcast audio recording professional, the booms are comprised of five sections and are available in lengths of 46-157cm, 66-257cm and 86-357cm.
Designed for durability and performance the poles use the very latest thin-walled, high modulus carbon fibre tubing which offers ultra light-weight without compromising strength. The telescopic extensions are locked into place with a unique dual directional twist-lock system, allowing simple and efficient setting of the required boom length.
Each pole offers smooth gliding movement with minimum bow when fully extended and comes complete with its own unique -3/8"/1/4" reversible mounting screw.
The booms are compatible with all major microphone suspension systems.
