MINDPORT AND E-MEDIA TEAM UP

MINDPORT Sentriq, specialists in global media protection services, have announced the successful trial of their recently launched digital rights management system using an ASP hosting model.
Sentriq teamed up with e-Media, Integrated Streaming Solutions Provider, on behalf of Videosport.com, to successfully deliver the Poland vs. Scotland soccer game live to locations outside of Germany via a secure Internet connection on.
Called the Digital Rights Network (DRN), Sentriq’s hosted service allows content owners and network providers to quickly and efficiently protect their Internet media without investing in expensive and time consuming DRM hardware and software. By providing this DRN service, Sentriq enables viewer authentication, content protection and the commercial business models required to deploy a pay-media operation with global restriction functionality. Sentriq also provides state-of-the-art interfaces to customer management, transaction billing and clearing functions.
