‘SURVIVOR’ TO BE RE-SCHEDULED

ITV have confirmed that ‘Survivor’ will be scheduled in a new, one episode per week pattern from next week, commencing June 11.
‘Survivor’ will be shown in its usual slot of 9pm, followed on June 12 by ‘Survivor Unseen’, hosted by John Leslie, at 8.30pm.
‘Survivor’ will then be shown once per week, on Mondays at 9pm.
From the following week beginning June 18 ‘Survivor Unseen’ will follow Tuesday’s edition of ITV News at Ten.
David Liddiment, ITV Director of Programmes said: “Survivor is a bold commission for ITV and that was mirrored in its scheduling from launch. I am extremely proud of the show, and it has clearly had impact. It’s audience has taken longer than anticipated to build, and as we move towards Tribal Merger in the show next week and the countdown to the final begins, we are changing the scheduling to give ‘Survivor’ the best possible chance to grow.” (CD)
