TWO FACILITIES HOUSES REACH STRATEGIC ALLIANCE
TWO of the UK’s facilities houses have announced the formalisation of a new exclusive hire agreement.
The arrangement sees ARRI Lighting Rental, one of Europe’s pre-eminent lighting hire companies, become the sole suppliers of lighting facilities to Magic Eye Studios, one of London’s leading Commercial and TV Studios.
Wandsworth based Magic Eye, recent home of ‘The Weakest Link’, have been seeking a prominent partner to develop business opportunities into the new millennium. After considering various options, Magic Eye decided on ARRI Lighting Rental.
This is the first time ARRI Lighting Rental have established links with a studio.
Managing Director of ARRI Lighting Rental, Tommy Moran, said: “We have had many opportunities in the past to link up with studios in the London area, but never one as exciting nor high profile as this. I have been very impressed with Magic Eye and their business philosophy and we look forward to a long fruitful relationship.” (CD)
