PRINTOUT LAUNCH DUPLICATION SERVICE

LONDON based Printout Video Publishing have responded to customer demand by adding CD and short-run DVD-R duplication to their growing list of services and facilities.
Printout Video Publishing specialise in providing high quality stills from Video and Video Encoding. The company was established in 1990 by managing director Carl Fuss and now offers a full range of services including video encoding, DVD production and transfers between video, print and Internet services. An in-house design company, Tidal Creative, also forms part of the Printout group.
Fuss said: "Offering CD duplication was an obvious next step for Printout as this was something that many of our customers were requesting. However, as a company we believe setting our sights firmly on the future so we have also introduced short-run DVD-R duplication because we believe there will be increasing demand for this service.
"At the moment DVD is more expensive than CD, which limits its appeal. But we are already noticing increased demand from customers who rely heavily on video images, for example advertising agencies and record companies. They are turning to DVD because it offers better audio and picture quality than VHS and, unlike CD, it can be played back on a set-top box instead of a computer. Our aim is to offer these customers a fast, reliable and convenient DVD-R duplication facility based in the heart of Soho."
