HAMLET AT IBC 2001

HAMLET Video International, specialists in broadcast television signal analysis and test and measurement equipment, are to launch some exciting new products at IBC this year.
The new Protean Digital Window will be launched on the first day of the show. This new hand held product will be of particular interest to those using SDI signals or installing SDI systems.
The Protean Digital Window is a fully portable/mobile hand held solution to measuring and monitoring SDI and embedded audio for production, links, installation, maintenance and other situations where a compact broadcast quality measurement device is required. With SDI and external reference inputs, remote control capability and an analog audio output on phono of the embedded audio, it includes full waveform/vector functionality, SDI, EDH, error data reporting, signal strength and jitter. The Digital Window enables users to look at the picture signals, analyse them and even listen to the sound.
