Dischromatics to expand services using new IT systems
Following on from recent developments at their Abercarn office, the Directors at Dischromatics have continued their commitment to internal investment in 2004.
The installation of a complete new network of computers to complement the recently installed ADSL link will not only mean that the South Wales company can respond to customers demands even faster than before, but also that transfer of large files is possible at higher speeds.
Coupled with the acquisition of brand new software packages, these developments bode well for the local community as Dischromatics envisages expansion in the near future to cope with increasing demand from a growing customer base.
New services now on offer include artwork design and the ability to arrange mastering for customers, with files often able to be sent by email rather than snail mail.
Kayle Garkut, Dischromatics Technical Manager, said: “The new computer systems are amongst the fastest available, and I am confident that this will be a great comfort to our customers who will further benefit from our services.”
