Sundance Digital to display Titan automation system at IBC 2004

Sundance Digital has announced that its Titan automation solution will be on display at IBC 2004 controlling the first public demonstration of SeaChange International’s revolutionary MediaClient client/server architecture.
Titan is a highly-scalable automation solution capable of controlling a handful to many hundreds of content streams in a single facility, or remotely managing channels at multiple locations. The Sundance system provides control for multiple MediaClient Codecs attached to the new BML 24000e. Broadcasters and content producers will take advantage of SeaChange’s new MediaClient architecture, which embraces the Common Internet File System (CIFS) to store, package and distribute video more flexibly and cost-effectively than ever before.
“We are very pleased that Titan Automation is among the first products to support the vast capacity and power of SeaChange’s MediaClient architecture,” said Robert C. Johnson, president of Sundance Digital. “Sundance is committed to providing our customers with innovative, cost-effective solutions that streamline operations. Our long-standing relationship with SeaChange has been beneficial to our respective companies, as well as to our mutual customers in their quest for efficiency and quality.”
