Fast Forward Video builds Australian presence

Fast Forward Video has announced that Australia's G.D.B. International, a Canberra-based firm specialising in providing multimedia and video solutions to consumer/broadcast markets, has signed on as an FFV distributor for the whole of Australia.
Through its extensive professional video dealer network, G.D.B. International will provide sales and support of FFV products, as well as direct consultation in specialised projects.
"We are very pleased to be serving as the Australian distributor for Fast Forward Video," said G.D.B. International Managing Director Gene Bridge. "Our company has established a reputation in the Australian market for supplying first-rate video-related products at prices that offer excellent value for the money, and FFV equipment fits very well within that business philosophy.
"FFV was one of the first companies to bring digital computer technology to the video industry by applying random-access disk storage to a video device. The company's cost-effective DVR solutions, including the award-winning OMEGA Decka DVR, ultra-compact Recona DVR board, and DigiDeck Digital Video Recordera provide high-performance technology and rugged, reliable operation for sporting events, security and remote monitoring, and other remote and mobile broadcast applications.
“G.D.B. International consists of three separate divisions that include consumer video products, broadcast and professional products, and security and surveillance equipment, and FFV's digital video recording technologies are very valuable in the latter two of these market sectors.
"We look forward to introducing the company's products to new users throughout Australia."
