Molinare Creative Group has appointed Kerry Shreeve as Chief Operating Officer. A recognised leader in broadcast and digital media operations, Kerry brings over two decades of experience driving strategic transformation across some of the world’s most prominent media organisations.

Kerry joins Molinare Creative Group following an impressive career, most notably holding senior leadership roles at the BBC and Warner Bros. Discovery, where she served as VP of Global Technology & Operations. Throughout her career, she has delivered large-scale transformation programmes spanning people, platforms, and process.

In her new role, Kerry will lead business change and operational strategy across Molinare Creative Group's portfolio, that includes Notorious DIT, Molinare, Sound Warriors, Pip Studios, and the soon-to-launch Elephant Goldfish. Her focus will be on building a unified, future-facing operations ecosystem that enhances creative output while scaling with efficiency.

"We're thrilled to welcome Kerry to the MCG leadership team," said Nigel Bennett, Group CEO. "Her ability to lead with clarity, build high-performing teams, and navigate complex change makes her the ideal COO as we continue to evolve and expand our creative capabilities."

Kerry's appointment comes at a pivotal time for the Group as it continues to invest in talent, technology, and infrastructure across its brands. Her leadership will play a key role in shaping the next chapter of Molinare's growth and client success.
Recognised with multiple industry accolades—including the RISE Award in Technical Operations and Future 100 CIO Awards in both 2022 and 2023 - Kerry brings with her a progressive vision and operational precision.

"I'm excited to join Molinare Creative Group at such a transformative moment," said Kerry. "The opportunity to work across this diverse, innovative group of companies is both inspiring and energising. I look forward to building on the strong foundation already in place and helping shape the future together."
