Abner Mir Joins Clear-Com North America Sales Team

Clear-Com® has announced that Abner Mir has joined the Clear-Com North America sales team as the new Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the South-Central USA and the Caribbean.

With an extensive background in broadcast engineering and production, Abner has quickly become a valued member of the organisation, bringing decades of industry expertise to the role.

Abner joins Clear-Com with over 30 years of experience in broadcast and live production. Prior to this role, he served as the Director of Engineering for Specialty Capture at NEP Media Services, where he led the research, development, and design of advanced wireless broadcast solutions. His career has also included a tenure as Deputy Director of Broadcast Operations at Radio Free Asia, as well as key engineering roles at Communications Engineering Inc. and in major sports and live event productions.

Throughout his career, Abner has collaborated with high-profile clients across the media landscape, including FOX News, CNN, Discovery Network, CBS Radio, NPR, WAMU Radio, WTOP Radio, The Library of Congress, Voice of America, Radio Free Europe, and multiple professional sports organisations such as the PGA, IndyCar, NASCAR, Six Nations Rugby, and the International Champions Cup. His deep knowledge of broadcast communications and system integration makes him a strong asset to Clear-Com and its customers.

In his role as South-Central RSM, Abner will be responsible for sales activities across Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Texas, and the Caribbean. His wealth of industry knowledge and hands-on technical expertise will further strengthen Clear-Com’s presence and customer support in the region.
