SSL establishes distribution network for AWS 900 system

Solid State Logic (SSL) has appointed a number of distributors to handle sales of its revolutionary new recording and mixing system, the AWS 900 Analogue Workstation System.
Launched earlier this year to critical acclaim, the AWS 900 combines the dual benefits of SuperAnalogue processing and sophisticated digital control to provide a complete solution to the use of Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) in professional audio applications.
To date, SSL has appointed distributors in various territories and will be adding to the list over coming months. Those confirmed include KMR Audio in the UK, Arva Trading in Sweden, Promedia Tools in Germany, Juke-Box in France, DMT in China, Audiosales in Austria, HAN SEO International in Korea, Lexon in Spain and PRIMETIME, which is handling Serbia, Montenegro and FYR Macedonia.
All of the distributors are setting up demo facilities in their various territories and have ordered demo consoles with delivery due this summer.
Commenting on the appointments, SSL’s sales director Philippe Guerinet says: “The AWS 900 is a revolutionary product and as such we recognize that customers will require the highest level of support. All of the distributors appointed to date have been carefully selected for their knowledge and experience of the pro audio market and their ability to offer AWS 900 customers a thorough and complete after sales service.”
