JOHN GAYDON NAMED DIRECTOR AT EAGLE VISION

JOHN Gaydon has been appointed Director of International Acquisitions at Eagle Vision, based at Eagle Rock Entertainment's headquarters in London.
Gaydon brings a wealth of music and media experience to Eagle Vision, with experience stretching from pop promos, concert specials, investigatory documentaries for Channel 4, as well as TV commercials. Previously he was the consultant and shareholder of 3DD Entertainment, bringing in such big names as Elton John, U2 and Robbie Williams. Prior to that he was managing director for Polygram Television International (PTI) where he had worldwide responsibility for the acquisition, production and distribution of special event programmes, and for managing sales. In the past he has been involved in arranging tour sponsorship for The Rolling Stones' 1982 European Tour and David Bowie's Serious Moonlight tour amongst others. Before that he founded EG Management, and for over 10 years guided the careers of major recording artists such as T Rex, King Crimson, Leo Sayer and Elkie Brooks. IN addition to the above, he is on the fundraising committee of the Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy Charity, and is a trustee of the Future Trust.
