TSL expands audio monitoring range with new DIN scale release

Television Systems Limited (TSL), UK-based independent broadcast systems integrator and manufacturer, has announced the availability of DIN scale monitoring on its highly successful AMU2-GB2D (digital) and AMU2-GB2A (analogue) audio monitoring units.
The units are the first in TSL's ‘ghetto blaster’ style - with stereo speakers and a powerful 90-watt RMS amplifier - to be enhanced with the availability of DIN monitoring.
Illustrating the company's long-held and well-developed policy of continuously evolving its products, TSL has responded to considerable market demand with this development. An order from its Swiss distributor VideoLink has already been satisfied.
The DIN logarithmic standard caters for a wide dynamic range from +5dB to -50dB, requiring TSL to use its considerable technical expertise to accommodate it while also maintaining the units' compact dimensions, crucial in today's space-conscious market.

The DIN scale is very popular across many parts of northern Europe, and combined with the already considerable functionality of these units we are pleased with this innovation."
