Drylab Media Tech Signs New Sales Distribution Agreements

News Image
Drylab Media Tech (Drylab) has signed two new sales distribution agreements, adding to the four existing partnerships that Drylab already has, to expand its marketing reach into further geographic territories.

This follows the completion last week of the acquisition of Drylab A/S by Media Tech SPAC plc, with the combined company becoming 'Drylab Media Tech Group plc' (trading as Drylab Media Tech).

The distribution partners, who will promote and sell Drylab’s products in their respective territories, are:
• MediaGuru, which is an India-headquartered technology service provider to the media industry that serves clients across South Asia and Africa. Under the agreement, MediaGuru will distribute Drylab's products in India.
• Artinii Productions s.r.o, a developer of technology solutions to protect art and creative IP and to facilitate secure digital film distribution, which is based in the Czech Republic. Artinii has developed and continues to engineer a wide portfolio of tools for film professionals, each designed to enhance the protection, distribution, and monetization of a variety of intellectual property formats.

The signing of these agreements forms part of Drylab's growth strategy to develop long-term relationships with trusted channel partners that boast local expertise and networks, and a proven track record for delivery in their respective territories, to facilitate rapid international market penetration. It brings the total number of partnerships Drylab has globally to six, including the existing four partnerships with Shining Prince Japan LLC as well as StoryLine Studios and Krypton in Norway and Filmlance in Sweden.

John Mahtani, CEO of Drylab Media Tech, said: "We are thrilled to have established these partnerships so quickly after the acquisition of Drylab. The key element of our strategy is to expand the presence of this disruptive Scandinavian technology into the global marketplace, which we intend to do both through our own extensive networks and via third-party resellers. Media Guru and Artinii are excellent partners, who both have significant reach in the film and TV production industries within their respective territories. We look forward to working with them and to continuing to expand our partnership base."
