Rushes post promo for The Streets

Rushes have completed post on The Streets latest promo, ‘You're Fit And You Know It.'
The Streets Frontman Mike is seen walking through freezing cold London streets, looking at his holiday snaps and remembering a romantic encounter that had gone wrong. As he flicks through his photos, elements of them come to life and he performs a corresponding line from the track.
Photographs of Mike and the lads on a beach sing back at the camera, while action photos of the band falling over drunk are captured, along with fighting in a takeaway and underwater shots in a swimming pool.
Rushes Matt Jackson said: "We initially did a number of tests with Dougal to establish the best way of creating all the photos to tell the story then tracking them into moving photo elements. This really helped us understand what we needed as elements and which photos would really work. Up to 80 photographs were created in flame, using elements shot on location in the Canary Islands. These composites were then re-edited and master graded. They were then tracked warped and composited (in inferno) into green screen footage of hands flicking through photos. We used black photos with borders to give us clean tracking points and reflection passes. Finally these were keyed over a background plate of feet walking and given some movement to create a final composite shot of Mike’s point of view. With the realistic reflections and motion blur the results are great."
