Rakuten TV Announces New Additions To Its Kids Channel
Rakuten TV now features Teletubbies, Caillou and BABY SHARK TV on its Kids & Family free channel line-up.
The latest additions join a portfolio that offers the best educational content to experience a virtual playground in the living room, all at no cost. Kids’ brands in Rakuten TV's free channel offering include Cool School, Duck TV, Happy Kids, The LEGO® channel and Planeta Junior TV.
Rakuten TV strengthens its positioning across Europe through partnerships with top European and global content creators, distributors and broadcasters. Major recent partnerships in the Kids & Family category include WildBrain, a global leader in kids' and family entertainment, and NEW ID, global distributor for digital content with values that embrace the digital age.
Through the partnership with WildBrain, the platform will deliver hours of entertainment that inspires the imagination to run wild. The iconic Teletubbies - dedicated to helping children develop their physical, emotional and cognitive skills in a warm, loving, playful environment - will be available to audiences in the UK, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Austria, and Switzerland.
