EDIFIS APPOINT NEW SALES MANAGER

UK-based television and film graphics equipment manufacturer Edifis have appointed Brian Dedden as Sales Manager, reporting to Sales Director Richard Lilley.
Dedden began his career at Tektronix in 1971, initially as service technician and later as video product specialist. In 1985 he joined GEC-McMichael where he was responsible for the sale of the GEC McMichael/Marconi range of broadcast products. He progressed from there to Dynamic Technology, as Sales Manager, and subsequently to Cameron Video Systems where he was responsible for the sale of For-A products to the UK broadcast market. In August 1987 he joined Quantel where, as Area Sales Manager (Broadcast), he supervised the sale of all Quantel film and broadcast products to Africa, the Indian subcontinent, Israel, Russia and the Czech Republic.
Lilley said: "We are delighted to welcome Brian into Edifis. His experience complements the existing capabilities of the sales team as we expand our product range to meet the need for no-compromise film restoration and high definition television post-production equipment."
