One Post appoints new 3D animators

3D Animators Duncan McWilliam and Michiel de Kraker are to join One Post’s CGI team.
Duncan McWilliam joins from The Hive, where he has worked as an animator on projects such as the Harry Potter graphics for EA games and for clients including AOL, Bloomberg and Disney. Before this, McWilliam worked at DigM Digital Media and as a freelance Graphic Designer.
“I have worked previously with Dave Child, who is Head of 3D at One,” said McWilliam. “When I was offered the opportunity of joining him and the team at One, I knew it would be a great career move.”
Michiel de Kraker currently works as a freelance 3D Animator in the UK and North America on projects like the animation of the bookworms for Aardman’s ‘The Big Read’ for BBC and for companies including Glassworks, Atomic Cartoons, Studio AKA and AKA Cartoon Inc. He joins the Character Animation team, headed by Will Byles.
“I was looking for an artistic position in a company where I could develop as an animator, both technically and creatively,” said de Kraker. “And One offers it all.”
