Channel 4 To Show Highlights Of 2019 Cricket World Cup

Channel 4 will show highlights of the 2019 Cricket World Cup which opens when England take on South Africa on 30 May.

Ten countries compete in the World Cup with all teams playing each other in a full round robin with the top four teams progressing to the semi-finals to decide who will play in the final at Lord's on 14 July.

Broadcaster and former England cricketer Isa Guha will present Channel 4's coverage of the tournament being held in England and Wales.

Isa, who helped England secure the 2009 Women’s Cricket World Cup, said: "I'm excited to be part of the coverage and what is set to be one of the most thrilling and hotly contested World Cups to date. And the fact it's being held in England and Wales makes it even more special."

In addition to highlights from every match of the tournament, Channel 4 will show a special one-off
