CVP Appointed Exclusive Distributor Of RED's New DSMC2
CVP has been appointed the exclusive distributor of RED's new DSMC2 with DRAGON-X 5K S35 sensor.
The new camera will be available to view and test at CVP's Creative Experience in Newman Street, London, from December.
The DSMC2 with DRAGON-X 5K S35 sensor delivers the same image quality as its predecessor along with the benefits of high frame rates at 5K, fast data speeds, and access to RED’s latest image processing pipeline (IPP2).
The new image pipeline delivers a host of benefits including better management of challenging colours, smoother highlight roll-off and a standardised colour space and gamma. It is available as BRAIN only as well as kitted out with additional accessories, similar to the RED Raven Camera Kit.
"A new camera from RED is always an event, and we know people will want to see what it can do," said Jon Fry, Sales Director, CVP. "Our new Creative Experience showroom is set up for visitors to see and test equipment like this to discover features and functionality, compatibility with other equipment and suitability for their projects."
