NEP Group Strikes Deal With FilmGEAR ApS

NEP Group has struck a deal with FilmGEAR ApS to acquire all its assets.

The deal also includes hiring the employee's associated with FilmGEAR's live events services brand Showcare.

Both assets and employees will be integrated into NEP subsidiary Mediatec Denmark ApS.

The announcement is part of Mediatec's continued commitment to support clients in the Danish market.
