'Against All Odds' Wins At New York TV Festival
'Against All Odds' has scooped a prestigious award at the New York TV Festival.
The new series has received the award for 'Best Unscripted Pilot'.
Both Skylark Aerial Photography and Hovershotz provided aerial filming for the new pilot series. Using multiple platforms, operators provided the crew with more flexibility for the filming to capture those crucial shots. The drone filming involved climbing of many fells with up to 15kg of gear per drone operator.
Against All Odds follows five ordinary strangers who each choose one of five locked bags, four contain blank paper and one contains £100,000 in cash. Over the course of three days the team of four must carry their bags on a journey across some of the UK’s toughest natural landscapes for the chance to split the money at the finish line.
Against All Odds was the only UK project to be selected for the festival. The series is produced by Lucy Smith and Jamie Mint.
