DPA Announces Details Of New Sales Team In Germany

The details of a new sales team have been announced by DPA Microphones for their expansion into the German market. The team will be responsible for handling sales and customer service within Germany.

Martin Kaaber, DPA's VP of Sales for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux countries, is heading the team. He is supported by Business Development Manager Florian Kresse and Account Managers Reinhard Stelter and Mike Brüh, who will handle the North and the South of the country respectively.

Mr Kaaber has many years' experience of the German market in customer support, distribution strategies, market development and account management.

"Your success is our success – that is my philosophy," Mr Kaaber explained. "I believe in integrity and want our business partners to know that they can rely on my word. My aim is to be their ambassador within DPA and create fruitful co-operations, built on trust."

The new German sales team will be located near their respective dealer partners.

DPA is also introducing a new simplified and streamlined service process with the focus on faster deliveries, a higher order completion rate and ensuring that customers have the best possible after-sales experience. The new system is set to speed up product service and maintenance for all customers.
