BONDED SERVICES UP FOR SALE

THE Joint Administrative Receivers of Photobition Group, Andersen, have announced the planned sale of the Bonded Services Group of companies, the film storage and distribution division of the Photobition display graphics group.
Bonded Services are a worldwide provider of archival and distribution services to the major Hollywood studios, independent film companies, TV stations and many other related businesses. The Group provide storage inventory management, retrieval and fulfilment services from facilities located in New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, London, Amsterdam and Hong Kong.
A new long-term strategic owner is sought who would enable Bonded Services to develop and further expand their range of Media related services, as they have already done, for more that 80 years.
All companies in the Bonded Services Group are continuing to trade normally and each has sufficient funding for both working capital and on-going capital expenditure investment. No company within this group is in any form of liquidation, receivership or administration.
