ALTERED IMAGES APPOINT FURTHER KEY PERSONNEL

BRIAN Cutts, formerly at sports media marketing company ISL, has joined top production technology reseller Altered Images as Technical Director.
This new appointment will improve the company’s ability to provide in depth technical consultancy to their wide range of broadcast and production clients.
Altered Images Managing Director, David Von Gerard, said: “Brian will further enhance our technical infrastructure and ability to design and configure broadcast network solutions. Because of his background at the BBC and latterly at ISL he has a tremendous knowledge and understanding of the issues involved in designing and installing facilities, from the technology through to personnel” he goes on to say we are very much looking forward to Brian joining the company and expanding out capabilities in a number of key areas.”
Brian spent 16 years at the BBC before joining ISL and has a wealth of experience in the post production sector. A pioneer in Live sports broadcasting he masterminded the use of Avid Unity to cover the ATP Masters tennis – the first time such a large system had been used to cover a major worldwide sporting event.
“I am very excited about joining Altered Images. They are a fast growing and ambitious company breaking in to new territory and amongst other things I will be helping them to maintain the growth they have achieved over the last 5 years. I have always been impressed by the service they provide their clients and I can certainly help to improve that from a technical standpoint.”
