'New' Spigot Dual Lighting Power By Hawkwoods

The new range of 16mm Spigot Lighting adaptors from Hawkwoods are now available.

Hawkwoods are now offering their next exciting product range, which has been designed to support the lighting industry, with a rugged lightweight, portable power solution providing end users with alternative options to batteries being mounted on equipment and conventional floor batteries.

The Dual Spigot adaptor fits directly to 16mm Lighting C-Stands and allows the LED/Panel to attach to the spigot. This keeps the weight on the LED/Panel to a minimum and has now allowed a further battery to be used which, in turn, extends the run time which can be achieved by using two V-Lok or Gold Mount batteries.

To allow for varying DC input voltages that can differ between lighting manufacturers, Hawkwoods have released a 14.4v nominal version (XLR4) and a 28.8v version (XLR3) for lighting that requires a higher voltage input.

Upon request a 24v regulated version is available for the small selection of LED/panel lights which only require 24v.

The dual Spigot adaptors will require a suitable XLR cable to run from the output on the adaptor into the LED/Panel DC Input.

All variations of XLR power cables are readily available from Hawkwoods and upon request can be built to custom length if required.
