RED To Appear At Media Production Show 2017

RED Digital Cinema has announced that it is to exhibit at The Media Production Show in London next week, 13 – 14 June.

At the show, RED will demonstrate its latest DSMC2 cameras, with demonstrations of the RED EPIC-W and WEAPON 8K S35 with HELIUM sensor being held in the RED VIP Experience Lounge.

RED cameras will also be on display with select partners at The Media Production Show, including Cooke Optics (Stand 554), Scan Computers (214), G-Technology (320), and Zeiss (504). Visitors to the Zeiss stand can experience the capture capabilities of 6K alongside the new Cine CP.3 XD lenses. In addition, Scan Computers will demonstrate RED's workflow within an advanced workstation.

At the show, RED will also host a number of sessions with filmmakers in the RED VIP Experience Lounge. Speakers are expected to include Planet Earth II cameraman Rob Drewett and New Earth Films producer Kevin Augello, along with access to 8K footage from The BRITs and more.

Tuesday 13 June
• 11am – 11.30am: Media Management and High-Resolution Data Capture on Electric Dreams
• 2.30pm – 3pm: The BRITs 8K Q&A Showcase and Gallery Drinks
• 3pm – 3.30pm: Exclusive Q&A with Planet Earth II Cameraman Rob Drewett
3.30pm – 4.30pm: RED Happy Hour

Wednesday 14 June
• 10.45am – 11am: Zeiss VR lens giveaway
• 12pm – 12.30pm: Lunch with The Production Guild
• 3pm – 3.30pm: Exclusive Q&A with Kevin Augello from New Earth Films.

The Media Production Show takes place at the Olympia London, 13 – 14 June.
