Big Bear Sound Teams Up With Digital Garage

Big Bear Sound has announced a partnership with Digital Garage to service the broadcast and post-production market in Ireland.

Based in Ireland, Big Bear Sound is a professional audio supplier and integrator, while Digital Garage is a UK-based broadcast and post production solution provider. The alliance is in response to the increased diversity of production mediums and the heightened demand for innovative technology in Ireland.

Operating out of Big Bear's central Dublin offices, the partnership establishes a new broadcast video and post production division within the Big Bear Group and brings Digital Garage's broadcast product portfolio, technical expertise and resources to the Irish market. The collaboration also brings on board Stuart Lawn, former Co-owner & Technical Director of Tyrell, as Technical Director and Solutions Architect for the alliance.

Both companies will provide video and audio solutions from all of the major industry brands including Avid, Broadcast Pix, Content Agent, Editshare, Genelec, and Storage DNA. They will create an end-to-end service, covering consultancy, sales, system design and integration through to technical support and maintenance.
