'Alpha Medical' has been established since 1997 and is now a highly respected medical company that is owned and managed by experienced healthcare professionals. We are based in Essex and deliver a seven day service for our clients – on a local, national and international basis.

'Alpha Medical' is a member of the British Ambulance Association. We have been responsible for the care of many thousands of patients who have presented with a very wide range of medical conditions and injuries. Our staff are therefore able to efficiently manage various sudden illnesses and many different types of injury.

We provide a professional service that is designed to meet the specific requirements of every assignment – on a regular or one-off basis. Our clients benefit from the fact that our management team includes knowledgeable healthcare professionals who have different qualifications and years of practical experience.

Alpha Medical provides professional static medical cover for many sports events. We are able to offer a choice of specialist vehicles manned by experienced personnel who have different medical and nursing qualifications – including Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, Emergency Medical Technicians and IHCD approved First Person on Scene Intermediate Award personnel. The HSE have made various changes with regard to first aid so we do not supply Qualified First Aiders anymore.

Specialist vehicles are available for every type of assignment. Over the years our personnel have been responsible for providing medical cover for numerous events. We are therefore more than able to provide professional medical cover for your assignment.

Television and Film Productions
Our medical personnel have provided professional static medical cover for various television shows, documentaries and well-known films – working 'in shot' and also 'behind the camera'. In fact, many years ago, our Managing Director (who is an HCPC registered Paramedic and also an RODP) provided the medical cover for 'Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves' and 'Henry V', etc. – and he has also provided his professional services for members of the Royal family.

Our staff understand the special needs of the film and TV industry and we are therefore more than able to adapt our service to meet the specific individual requirements of each assignment – regardless of whether our staff are required for just a few hours or *months at a time doing day and/or night work. In addition, Alpha Medical is able to provide professional medical cover (and relevant advice if needed) for one-off stunts and/or commercials. Please note that we offer all of our clients a generous *discount for all long term bookings.

Alpha Medical has a variety of well-equipped specialist vehicles to suit every requirement and environment. Our fleet includes conventional and 4x4 vehicles – all with advanced life support equipment on board. Our Paramedics are able to use drugs and intravenous infusions that many so-called "medical services" are not allowed to use legally and we also carry equipment that is not provided and/or available by some services.
