Unique Media Selects SGO's Mistika

Unique Media has chosen SGO's Mistika Ultima solution to create and deliver UHD and HDR content.

Based in Seoul, Unique Media specialises in creating documentaries, current affairs and cultural programmes, as well as entertainment, commercials, corporate broadcasting and event productions.

For more than seven years, the post-production house has worked with the national public broadcaster of South Korea, Korean Broadcasting System (KBS), to produce programmes that promote successful small and medium sized enterprises based in the country.

For the past 13 years, colour grading for TV production has become key to Unique Media's offering. Through its advanced HDR functionalities, Unique Media will now be able to offer colour grading for movies and the development of short-form virtual reality content. With the new Mistika software, it will also be able to upscale existing HD material to UHD and create new HDR content for UHD.
