At IBC2016, JLCooper, DirectOut Technologies, Stage Tec and Jünger Audio will demonstrate devices to save time and reduce costs so a visit to their stands is a must in your IBC itinerary.

It's common knowledge that using a controller over a keyboard and mouse speeds up workflow and visitors to controller manufacturer JLCooper's stand (7.C03), won't be disappointed. They'll be the first in Europe to see Proton, a compact broadcast switcher controller for BlackMagic ATEM in Live production. ATEM switches SD, HD or Ultra HD video from a wide range of video sources. Easy-to-use Proton delivers fast switching and substantial savings.

JLCooper's range comprises time-saving controllers for a vast range of software applications including AXOS, a surround panner for Pro Tools and the Eclipse series for colour correcting and editing use.

Those working with MADI should head straight to stand 8.E85 where MADI specialist DirectOut will demonstrate its range of MADI routers, converters and interfaces. Many audio engineers can testify to the amount of time saved using any of DirectOut's MADI monitoring devices. MADI.MONI for example, is small enough to fit any toolbox, includes onboard reporting and a headphone jack for monitoring individual channels in the MADI stream, quickly identifying any problems.

Stage Tec, stand 8.C80, has two new products that offer a dramatic increase in the mixing and routing capabilities of its mixers and routers, while Jünger Audio's message, stand 10.A49, is "Smart Audio". Smart Audio delivers reduced costs and overheads in Live production while keeping consistently high quality using Jünger's D*AP range.
